Misbath Daouda, MPH
Misbath is a Beninese, Malian, Togolese and French PhD candidate in Environmental Health Sciences at the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health. Her research aims to characterize the distribution of health benefits resulting from energy transitions away from fossil fuels both in the US and in international settings. Her goal is to generate policy-relevant findings to support equity-driven sustainable development initiatives. Prior to this, she obtained an MPH from Harvard University and conducted work at the intersection of climate change and health in Mongolia, Tunisia, and Alaska. She is a WE ACT member and a dedicated horseback rider.
